These protocols involve inward focus and
relaxed awareness. Do not practice while driving, operating
machinery, or in any situation requiring full alertness.

breathing pacer operating at 0.1 Hz, the frequency of heart-brain
coherence which synchronizes your autonomic nervous system. Just
follow the breath pace. If you lose the rhythm, that's fine — come
back when you notice a drift.
